As the founder of Vulnerability is Cool, a women’s mental health and wellness organization, Jenna Jarvis is changing lives through her impactful workshops, podcast episodes and products. Jenna has planned and hosted countless sold-out events and retreats, including an annual Galentine’s event and her Healed Girl School event last fall — both of which empower women to reconnect with themselves. On her Vulnerability is Cool podcast, Jenna has interviewed influencers, life coaches and therapists to normalize vulnerability and mental health-related conversations. Jenna loves what she does so much, in fact, that she’s working on creating a better work/life balance so she doesn’t let the organization consume her life. Alongside her community of women, Jenna is not just healing — she’s totally thriving.
Dealer’s Choice Wake up, weightlift (at Train Insane in Orem) or yoga then journal, breath work and sip lemon water. From there, my day looks like balancing creative chaos with grounded routines.
Hand You Were Dealt Growing up, I faced challenges with navigating complicated family dynamics, sexual abuse and insecurity which taught me resilience and the importance of being your own biggest fan. I learned how to truly show up for myself. As an entrepreneur, I’ve dealt with ADHD and procrastination, which pushes me to embrace structure, delegation and balance. The biggest lesson? Vulnerability really is cool — and when you lead with that, everything else falls into place.
