Dr. Redd is an industry leader in functional and personalized medicine — his 664K Instagram followers and countless patients agree. Dr. Redd is paving the way for those who have Hashimoto’s and autoimmune problems to live healthy, beautiful lives. Josh is a doctor of chiropractic, naturopathic medicine, and has a master’s in human nutrition, and a master’s in public health biology. As if that resume isn’t impressive enough, Josh is also a No. 1 best-selling author thanks to the book “The Inflammatory Reset,” which was co-authored by Karalynne Call. He owns RedRiver, one of the largest Hashimoto’s and autoimmune clinics in the U.S. with eight clinics across the western United States. Josh also owns Palma Vita, a regenerative medicine, stem cell and hormone clinic in Spanish Fork. A Utah Valley partnership between Just Ingredients and Dr. Redd has been incredible for all consumers engaged in eating clean and improving their health. Best of all, Josh has been married to his sweetheart for 20 years and has five amazing kids.
The Flop The best surprise of life has been the amount of people we can help through my clinics, social media and formulating incredible clean products. I never realized the difference that we could make throughout the world. God is incredibly good!
Hand You Were Dealt I broke my back and was paralyzed for a few days and in bed for six weeks, and I lost my sister tragically who was my best friend. Through these trials I learned that we are never alone, that God is in the details of our lives, that our loved ones who have passed on are closer to us and know us better now. I learned that as we turn to God during trials, He will help us learn and grow in unimaginable ways. I learned that His vision is greater than our own, and as we trust in Him, life is incredible and happy and joyful, even during hard times. I also learned that there’s no amount of money, task, business or hobby that’s more important than the time we spend with our spouse, kids and family. Life is too short.
Wild Card I’m a pilot.
